ashton dakota williams hasn't had a very nice life. in fact, he's had quite the opposite. his dad quit on he and his mom when he was little - little enough so that it didn't hurt much at the time, but old enough to remember what went down. ashton grew up thinking perfect families should go to hell and has always hated father figures, regardless of who they were. this also is the root reason of his commitment issue, and how he can't simply stay with one person for too long. "hit it and quit it", right? well ashton grew up in an extremely poor household, and from the age of fifteen has worked a job to help his mom pay the rent. when ashton was seventeen, his mom finally skipped out on him. she left for a trip to "las vegas", left him a thousand bucks, and claimed she'd be back in a week. she never came back. from the age of fourteen, ashton's had a problem with drugs. first, it was pretty innocent. he did a little weed, here and there, but couldn't quite manage to stop. that drug escalated, and now, you have a twenty year old heroin addict. ashton's done everything known to man, and everything that isn't. he's been in and out of rehab since he graduated high school, at the insistence of what few friends he has, but it's never been able to stick. ashton always relapses. now, he lives alone, in his mom's old apartment, and can barely pay the rent, having spent all his money on drugs. he's an aspiring musician, but he can barely ever book a show - and to be honest, he's just a pathetic waste of space.
