life
amy has never had the best of luck, born into a family with a drunk for a father and a mother who likes to spend way too much money, she thought school was going to be a cakewalk. she's gone from the top of the food chain straight down to the bottom quicker than a flutter of eyelashes and she's out to exact revenge on the one's who bought her one way ticket to nobody-ville.
she's developed a rather malicious habit of extending the truth which has gotten her into trouble more times than she count. she's determined to make something better out of her life and if lying about it to help her sleep better at night works than she's going to do it. her bad luck may be a terrible curse but one thing that helps her pick herself up time and time again is her determination. amy will try and try again to get what she wants even if she fails the first fifty times.
she's not at all happy with her demotion to the rejects but she's decided to work with it, after all, her grandad always told her to play with the cards god dealt her. she's not letting it get the better of her and she's even tried making some friends while she's with them because it doesn't take a genius to work out she'll be a social outcast for a long time still to come (even if she would drop them all in a heartbeat). she's steering clear of the populars and trying to blend in as much as she can in this school and just waiting for the right time to lift her head and strike back.

The boy, Matt, shook his head at her as if the fiver she demanded was too steep of a price. Did he not realize that she was risking her life placing her lips on his and possibly contracting every sexually transmitted disease known to man? She knew all about him. She was proud to say she wasn't one of the hundreds of poor, innocent girls that had been charmed by the Matty charm often whispered about in the Kimball hallways. She had respect for herself and her body and her reputation, to be seen with Matthew Collins and to not have your reputation in tatters you had to be one of two things: a cheerleader or a skank. Who was she kidding? They were the same thing.
"Oh yeah? What makes you think your kisses are worth five whole dollars?"
He rose his smug eyebrows at her and she raised one of her own. She was running the show here, she was the one to be asking questions. If he didn't want to pay up, she would happily show him the way to keep on walking. Where the hell was Dixie when she needed her?
"Kisses? Kiss, Matt, Kiss. There will only be one. Unless you want to pay double?"
She smiled to cover the fact that he had the nerve to even suggest there would be multiple kisses taking place. Like he was some sort of sex god. The only reason girls slept with him was because he slept with anything, there was no chance of him turning you down, he had experience after sleeping with half the student body and sometimes he was a good boost for your reputation. Cooper hadn't said anything about sleeping with Matt being popular so he was off limits today, she would get this over and done with as long as he paid over the said amount. No negotiations. He laughed a laugh she was sure would have charmed off the pants of someone with no morals, like Natalie, and he actually reached over and placed a stray strand of her hair behind her ear. Like something out of a cheesy teen rom-com movie, what planet was he living on?
"Actually, I thought the cheerleaders were the ones selling their lips this week."
He looked down at her eyes and she kept his stare, he was definitely interested in something. She could probably make him pay up double if she teased him enough. She lent out of his touch and away from him but kept their her eyes locked on his.
"I believe they sell their bodies and it's not just this week, it's daily. Do you honestly think they thought of a fundraiser themselves? You give them too much credit, you're so sweet!"
She rolled her eyes, too much talk of cheerleaders and not enough action. She moved closer to his face, parting her lips that if he paid up he'd have permission to kiss...just once. She could see what all the fuss was about, she was definitely...intrigued by him. She was above other girls though, she would never stoop as low as to offer him a kiss free of charge. The only action she was having with Matt Collins came at a price.
"$5, Matt. Although, I did think I saw a cheerleader that way. I'm sure she'd give you one free of charge...may have been a clown though? They share the same shade of lipstick."
