life
Liliana Grace Chaney was brought into the world on May 9th, 1995, and considered a miracle child. Her parents, who could be considered traditionally older parents, had been trying for years to have a child and finally their efforts paid off with Lily. They considered her to be a true miracle, and therefore gave her everything growing up. She was raised in a good home where they lived comfortable, and with parents that spoiled her to say the least, sometimes even giving her too much attention. She spent the first eleven years of her life living in a beautiful town in Australia, being home schooled by her mother and relatively sheltered.
When her father got a promotion at his already high-paying job, they picked up and moved to America. They found another beautiful home in another beautiful town, and her life did not change much. She was home schooled until she reached high school, and after begging and pleading with her parents they finally agreed to let her go to a real school with other students. She was excited, anxious, and had no idea what to expect.
Of course, her overbearing parents would not throw her into just any school. They sent her to Manchester Preparatory Academy. During Lily's freshman year she was considered to be a transfer student, and she came off as a bit awkward as any student that had been sheltered their whole life would be. She observed people more than anything, and as she got to know people more she grew from an awkward transfer student to an attractive, likable, Royal. Desiree Sinclair took Lily under her wing, and as anyone would be, she was grateful.
Although she does not always agree with everything the other Royals do, she doesn't usually ask questions or object to anything in fear of rejection by them. She usually just goes along with them, and realizes that she is sometimes used to get information from others. She doesn't mind it so much as she would mind risking her social status if she were to not help them out. She considers the Royals to be her real friends at the school nonetheless, and is loyal towards them. She truly is a "sweetheart".
roleplaying sample
Lily absolutely adored the beaches in Florida. She hated to admit it, but they were much better than those she was used to in Connecticut, as much as she loved them there. She loved the lingering warm weather in the fall, and that she could still walk around in shorts and a t-shirt without a chill in the air. She was taking advantage of the weather and had decided to go to the beach to relax.
It wasn't crowded at all for the time of year, only a few people around. It was surprisingly quiet, with just the sound of the waves crashing and the cries of seagulls every now and again. She had met so many people since moving here a few weeks ago and was feeling slightly overwhelmed, which was why she decided to go alone. Besides, she found it the perfect opportunity for some last minute tanning while the weather was still nice.
When she arrived to the beach she found a nice spot in the sand and laid out her large beach towel. She stripped off her clothing until she was down to her bikini before sitting on it and digging through her bag for the book she had brought along. After pushing around sunglasses, a hairbrush, sunscreen, and some other miscellaneous items she finally pulled it out. The Perks of Being a Wallflower was one of her favorites, she secretly liked to read and sometimes couldn't find the time for it, so she liked to re-read books. She flipped to the page she had left off on and began to read, feeling relaxed by the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun on her skin. Her eyes scanned the page and she was instantly in a different world, enjoying the life of a character that wasn't her own.
