life
Rosemary grew up in a family that revolved around politics. With her dad being the mayor, she was often left with her mom to be raised. Meanwhile, Theodore went along and attended to his business. Nevertheless, Rose found a way to spend time with her father. She was daddy’s girl at best, and she didn’t think anything could ever change that. Rose always thought politics were interesting, but she much preferred the art of shopping and fashion. Her mom bought her any piece of clothing she wanted considering their income could cover it. Until freshman year of high school, Rose was perfectly content with her life. She didn’t care about boys so much as she did what was on the television. That all changed when she began attending Manchester Prep. The people were mean there, and her brother was popular. Suddenly, she wanted to be popular, too. She wanted a boyfriend, better clothes, and a reputation. Her parents are unaware of her rebellious nature because she’s developed a two-faced personality. Angel at home, devil outside. Theo’s the only one who truly knows about Rose’s newly-found rebelliousness. The more he tries to reign her in, the more she wants to let all hell loose. What she doesn't know is that her brother threatens his friends. That's probably why she hasn't joined the popular ranks quite yet.
roleplaying sample
Miami wasn't something elaborate that Tony had planned for any romantic reason whatsoever. Buying the tickets was a matter of impulsive kindness from the bottom of his heart. The whole relationship thing he was trying with Bianca was definitely different from a one night stand. When Bianca stayed over, it wasn't a wake-up-and-let-the-girl-know-there's-a-pot-of-coffee-before-leaving kind of thing. She stayed late into the morning, and he actually had to eat breakfast with her. By no means was the twenty-three year old complaining. Dare he say that he enjoyed spending his days with her? Watching her indulge on a meal he prepared just for her never failed to make him smile. Hearing her laugh after he made a lame joke pricked something inside him that he didn't entirely understand. Honestly, he didn't want to. It was this feeling, however, that made him take a trip to Victoria's Secret on his way to B's the night before.
After arguing about his dignity and manhood in general, stomping into the store with a mission contradicted everything Anthony stood for. The girls at the counter were all over the way he moved through the panties and bras without fail. Their entertainment only increased by the time he finally reached the stilettos. Luckily, one of the workers was a fan of Bianca, and she was able to let him know what her size was. He didn't realize how creepy that was until after he left. How the hell did she know B's size? Did she Google her or something? Was that even on the internet? Creepily enough, it was. Shit. Why would fans want to know that kind of information? Should he be concerned? Tony shook his head. What were they going to do about B's shoe size? Buy her shoes? Between being her manager and her boyfriend, Anthony was beginning to realize he was more protective of her than he should probably be. Ironically enough, he was okay with that.
He paid for his purchase with a quick swipe of his debit card after insisting they weren't for him. The girl at the counter didn't seem convinced. She acted as though men constantly came into the store and bought knot-front pumps for themselves. If so, he had a problem with Bianca formerly modeling for the company. As far as he was concerned, that was downright absurd. To each their own, he decided to write it off as. He was content knowing that Bianca was going to appreciate him ten times more than she already did by the time she opened the small gift-wrapped shoe-box he'd so-thoughtfully gave her. He thought about storing the tickets inside the box as well but decided against it. She'd receive them separately. Reactions always gave Tony a particular rush. He couldn't quite explain that feeling, either.
The emotion reminded him of adrenaline. It pumped through his veins as he pulled up to B's house with a smile on his face. Again, the whole romance deal was new for him. Beforehand, a few drinks and good time between the sheets was all that he had to offer. Now, he could delve into the flower, chocolate, and gift scene. As of yet, he wasn't sure whether that was a pro or con on his bucket list. According to B, he had a hunch she'd consider it a major plus. That's all the thought was. A hunch. A feeling. A guess. The man approached her door with a confident stride to him. B didn't know he was coming. She probably wouldn't guess they'd be in Miami by the night's end. As she opened the door, he offered her the box. "I come bearing gifts," he announced with a kiss.
