life
this is simply lucinda kaylin clark, but she just goes by luce. she's sixteen years old, and a sophomore at kimball high. and she groups into the wallflowers, since she pretty much doesn't exist in the light of everyone else. she was originally born in australia, where she lived with her parents until she was fifteen, up until they were killed in a fire at their hotel. luce was transported to portland to live with the only relative that could support her, benjamin clark, her uncle. since her parents death, luce has closed herself off to a majority of things she used to love. she writes for a living - poetry, short stories, novels - you name it, she'll write it. and since her parents died, she stopped talking. don't get me wrong, she isn't a mute, she just chooses not to speak. she has a little notepad she carries around, and she writes on it to communicate with people. luce is kind of sassy, when it comes to people, but she's incredibly open and friendly to anyone who wants to approach her. but she's also pretty shy, and so she won't approach someone. friends don't come so easily for luce, although she's pretty amiable. her whole being a selective mute usually scares people around her, and she's pretty self-conscious about it which means she doesn't really reach out to others. she'd rather blend in than stand out. luce won't hate anyone unless they make her.
