Elaine Bolton was a woman who had owned a pretty nice hotel but even in Vegas, it wasn't bringing in much revenue, the business was going under and she was going into debt. In walks Michael. Michael was a man who came from money, his family had millions and he had invested some of his time and money into a little project of opening up a Casino; soon to be known as Casino De Harper. He had wanted to put it into a hotel, something that would be a skyscraper with the hotel on the top floors and the casino on the bottom. And that was when he came across Elaine and her hotel that was quickly going under. They had agreed to go into business together because her mom thought that grouping up with Micheal would be a good investment. And it was! The casino and the Perez name became basically a family name because everyone knew about it. And after twenty years the casino is still doing well. They eventually fell in love and had two children, a boy and then a girl.
Kelsey grew up as the baby of her family. She is the little sister to her older brother, and being the baby of the family, and a girl none the less she got whatever she wanted. Kels was one of those little girls who had her parents wrapped around her little finger, even her brother would be there for her and would give her what she wanted. As she grew up, nothing changed. When she got into high school, at first she was a nice girl. Everyone loved her and everyone was friends with her, she was your typical popular girl, pretty, cheerleader, lots of friends. Well things changed when she met a boy.
Kelsey fell head over heels with this guy pretty quickly. It was a high school romance and we all know how those go. Well she did anything and everything for this guy. One night at a party, she went looking for him and she found him in bed with her so called best friend. And that was the day that she changed. After getting heart broken, she put up a wall, but that didn't stop her from starting to sleep around and mess around with whoever she felt like. She also pushed people away from her and lost most of her friends. She became what some would say a megga bitch. She mostly cares only about herself, her brother included, and she started thinking that she was better than everyone and that no one was worthy of her. Kelsey was growing up as a wild woman who felt like she couldn't be tamed. She stopped dating because she can't trust guys anymore, but she is more than welcome to jump in bed with them. Seeing as how she has lived here for a while, her reputation started to get around and now she is known as the cities slutty, desired, envied bitch.
Now a days, Kelsey is staying in Maryland, where she has lived for about three years. Since she was used to getting whatever she wanted, when her parents said no to her, she would undermine them and put them down and make them feel lesser of themselves just to get what she wants. she isn't afraid to break down her own parents to get on top. Hell she will soon become a billionaire and she has to keep up the image no matter who she steps on and at what costs.

Savanna had logged off of her computer shortly after Toby did. She didn't know why but he got under her skin so damn much. She found that she was starting to tolerate him, but that was a very short leash. He had pissed her off when he told her that she didn't give a shit about anyone else's problems when she was trying to tell him that she would listen. It made her feel like an emotionless robot and well that just set her off. Sure she was a bitch, but she had feelings too though she wouldn't show them to him. But somehow Sav managed to push him too far and she could tell that he was upset just by his reactions and how he logged off. "Well fuck." She said to herself. She may be mean, but she did have a conscience and well he hasn't really done anything for her to loathe him. Hell he was a guy so naturally he wouldn't be on her bad side because she was easy.
But she found herself now sitting at the bar top, ordering herself a drink. She felt like she needed one after that conversation. He brought up her dad and assumed that she had daddy problems. "If only he knew." She mumbled to herself under her breath. Out of the corner of her eye, she seen someone sit down a few seats away from her. She looked over and noticed that it was Toby. Seeing as how she didn't know what to say to him, she just stared. She was mad at him, but she knew she had hit a nerve with him and she felt like she needed to say something. But she just kept quiet and took a sip from her drink, glancing toward him from the corner of her eyes every so often.
