Dakota has always wanted a fairytale of her own. Whenever a new romance flick hit the theaters, she’d insist on seeing it as soon as possible. Whenever a new romance novel was released, she’d hastily buy it and read it within a couple days. She fell in love with the idea of love. Every man she saw had potential to be her soul mate. All of them could qualify as her “Prince Charming.” Of course, none of them were. Her high expectations only led to bigger disappointment, and Dakota vowed she’d find someone in college. Meanwhile, Taylor Lautner listened to her constant rambling, bemused by her hope in the human race. He had mommy troubles, y’see. She was a raging alcoholic, and when it came down to it, she chose the bottle over him. His father wasn’t much better. Instead of investing his time and energy into his son, he remained fixated in the past when Taylor’s mother was healthy. For a while, Dakota was all Taylor had.
Things began to look brighter once Taylor moved in with relatives in Manchester. He didn’t have to stay at Dakota’s house anymore, but they spent just as much time together. He listened to her worries about Baylee. She attended all of his sports games because I’d like him to be athletic. Their hardships gravitated Dakota and Taylor together. They’re the kind of friends who everyone always asked if they were dating, and they’d sheepishly reject any rumors. Dakota fell for Taylor somewhere along the line. He probably did, too; however, their fear of ruining their friendship held them back. Dakota knows that he’s her soulmate, though. In her creative fantasies, it is always Taylor who saves her from the evil. He’s her Prince, after all. Taylor is completely oblivious to her conclusion, of course. He loves Dakota, but he’s too afraid of disappointing her to make his move.
This plot isn’t going to take place in two days, have them realize their affections, and then automatically smash them together in a relationship. The process for them to transition from friends into a couple will definitely take time because of their doubts. Dakota is perpetually single most of the time, whereas Taylor may have a few relationships ever so often. He’ll wait for Dakota for forever if he has to, but he doesn’t want to miss out on other girls while he’s at it. All in all, I want Taylor to be charming, sweet, and loyal. He’s a bit distant at first due to his parent’s neglect as a child, but he’s a great friend to have standing by anyone’s side. These two may or may not be finals. After dating for a bit, I think they’d be the kind of couple who marries early because they can. It’s a pretty open plot to toy with, so I’d really appreciate it if you made him! I absolutely love Taylor and Selena together, but I’m willing to make an adjustment to David Henrie if you’re dead-set against Taylor. Please, please, please be literate if you’re interested in taking this ad. I post around 500 – 800 words per post, so I expect you to do the same. Please take him? (:
BASIC OVERVIEW
The play-by must be Taylor Lautner (or David Henrie). He's seventeen or eighteen years old, and he can either be a junior or senior next year. I think he'd be a jock because he's so charming, flirtatious, popular, and athletic. His mother was an alcoholic, and his father neglected him afterwards. Sooner or later, he moved in with a relative, and that made things a lot better for him. Taylor and Dakota have been best friends for most of their lives. They're both in love with each other, but they're too afraid to say anything; however, they're both extremely cute with each other. Once they get together, they may or may not be finals. We'll see. (:

Ok so I may have talked myself into it. I think I shall take him mostly because I think the plot is supper cute and I need something to offset Jay's spunkiness.
