"Yeah"

"I understand, alright, I know the process so just move it along, because this isn't exactly a fun thing to do"

It says here your father left you and you lived with your mother, then came to live with your aunt; is that true?

"If you know already why are you asking? Yes, he left us, alright, just like most douchbags tent to do, and yes my mother raised me, and we had to move away and my aunt offered us a place to crash so we came here"

Why did you have to move?

"Because she heard the weather was better here. What? not what you wanted to hear? Oh the truth, right. Alright, I am not exactly the ideal son, and my old neighborhood was sucky, tough place, you wouldn't have lasted an hour. But got hooked with the wrong crowd, did some small things here and there, and she wanted me to be better than that. What the small things were? Just some petty crimes, don't get too interested in that because it's kind of boring. Anyway, that's the reason, she wanted me to have a better life, I guess it didn't worked out so well since you and I are talking -chuckles- Right, right, it's not funny at all"

Let's change the topic. They tell me you have a hobby, what is it?

"Everyone has a hobby, and it's nothing out of this world or even that interesting. I like to draw. Not a lot of people knows that though, not that I try to hide but, I suppose it never comes up in the conversation. I focus more on realistic drawing rather than cartoons, I specially like portraits, it's always a challenge to try and place down the right emotion"

Are you considering being an artist then?

"I am already one, but if you mean, as in a career? No, I don't think so, I am not really that into thinking of the future, it just distracts you from the present and the present is something you really don't want to miss"

Could you tell us how you ended up at the Juvenile detention center?

"I could but I don't feel like doing that. You have no sense of humor do you? There was this prick, who I have no clue what his name was nor do I care; he was pushing around a kid at school. He is just one of those brats that are rich and think they can boss everyone around, well; he can't and I am not sorry that I show him what his place was. Yes, we got into a fight and as you can tell I might have been sent to Juvi but I definitely won that fight. It's not my fault the kid was a baby who had to go crying to his mommy and daddy alright, but they pressed charges so the judge sent me to the center. Seriously, that's what I get for defending someone, but I don't mind, that place sucks but at least I can handle that. It was nothing compared to Brooklyn"

Would you consider yourself a violent person then?

"Not at all, I am not going around punching people for fun; what do you think I am? Some phsyco? That one guy deserved it, and I don't regret to have done it because now he knows that if he does that again in front of me, he is going to end up messed up again"

How do you feel about having to work at the animal shelter?

"It sure beats having to pick up trash at the highway; seriously, I do prefer being there with the animals rather than doing something like painting a house or whatever. So I guess I don't feel terrible about it, and even if I did I still have to put up with the hours that were designated so..."

How do you feel about living here now?

"I miss some of my friends, this place is not terrible of course but it's not Brooklyn either, I have grown to like it but sometimes I can't help but wonder how my life would be if we had stick-ed around at Brooklyn. I wouldn't say that to my mom, she has been working hard to make this place a nice home"

What's your secret dream?

"If you must know, I would like to open an art gallery one day. I know it might sound lame or even weird to some people but I do like to draw, and I like all kind of expressions in the form of a painting, drawing or sculpture, so an art gallery would be a nice way to display it all. I know it's not going to happen though, but like you said, it's just a dream that would most likely fade away with time"

Are you in a relationship right now?

"No, I'm a single man and I'm not looking to changing that anytime soon"

Do you have anything else you would like to add?

"Not really, you were forcing me to answer this questions, why would I want to prolong it by saying something else?"
